Throwback to Barrett Strong Jr. and “Colorcrimes”

#TBT  Here I am laughing as I always did with my friend and mentor The Great Barrett Strong Jr.
We recorded my song #Colorcrimes🎤 around 2001 in his recording studio #Southfield #Mi #StudiiB . Barrett loved the song so much he hired a #gospel #choir to sing on it wow it was 🔥
When the studio moved out someone actually stole the tapes and all I had was the cassettes . I had a dream 8 months ago and I saw Barrett Strong standing in his backyard with a box full of  2 inch recording tapes smiling . I had been reinventing Colorcrimes to do a new version and seeing him in my dream just solidified I was on the right
